The cabin had a cozy atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding area. The host was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on nearby attractions. One of the best features was the opportunity to see the aurora, which was truly mesmerizing.
The limited hot water supply was a downside, especially for a business trip where quick showers were essential. The bathroom was uncomfortably cold, as the single heater wasn't sufficient to warm up the entire space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin in a tranquil valley. the room was beautifully decorated with a modern Icelandic aesthetic, offering breathtaking views from the windows. the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, a pleasant surprise given the compact size of the cabin. the host was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and even sharing fascinating stories. the breakfast, although not everyone's taste, was still a convenient option for the remote location. a delightful experience.
I must admit that the kitchen was quite small, making it somewhat challenging to prepare meals.

We had the most amazing stay at a cozy cabin in a remote location surrounded by breathtaking countryside scenery. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. We enjoyed sipping on coffee and taking in the views from the deck, even though it was too cold to sit outside during our visit. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided us with all the information we needed, including the best time and place to see the northern lights. We were not disappointed and witnessed a stunning display! The evening meals prepared by the owner were absolutely delicious and made our stay feel even more special. Though there weren't any nearby services or restaurants, the peacefulness and beauty of the location made up for it. We can't wait to return and stay longer next time.

Exceptional welcome! The owner greeted me with delicious traditional food after a long drive. The cabins were modern, comfortable, and had great Wi-Fi. The peaceful location at the entrance of the Snaefell peninsula was perfect for exploring. Despite a small issue with a broken heater, the hostess provided an extra one promptly. The highlight was witnessing the unforgettable Northern Lights, a dream come true! I highly recommend Dalahyttur for a wonderful stay.

Perfect cottage with all necessary amenities, including a kitchen, fridge, and private bathroom. Stunning views of the mountains, particularly great for witnessing the beauty of the aurora borealis.- Very welcoming and helpful host, who provided us with a map and plenty of recommendations for activities in the area.
Sofa bed was slightly small and uncomfortable for an adult, although it was perfect for children.
